Horrible management, okay work environment

Yogurtology was a clean well kept store that I enjoyed working in. Until my manager showed up. He was sexist and degrading. It was very uncomfortable working for him. Other employees complained to higher up managers but nothing was said to have been done. My manager also had an Instagram page that was highly insulting to women and disturbing to look at personally I dont believe a manager should have disturbing romance position pictures on a public page when employees and customers can see that. It does not look good on the company. Other than that the job was enjoyable. If you are a guy you will probably enjoy it....Although he seems to hire only females in their teens.

The manager I had when first hired was amazing. I was someone she relied for mostly anything and if it wasnt for corporate she'd have given us full-time hours no problem. The manager that is currently there constantly trash talks the previous manager and is toxic.

It’s an ok job for students
|
If you’re a student it is the perfect job they want you to clean often when there is nothing to do which is often especially during the day when it’s the slowest the management has gone down hill but the customers are great at night it gets busy but the college kids are annoying mostly sorority girls who are obnoxious 🙄 on the weekends it can get busy which is nice and you get free yogurt everyday you work but there’s no benefits so it’s definitely not a place to make a career at.

Yogurtology was a good part time job. Employees were very friendly so was the manager! Very clean and well taking care of. Only would have been more satisfyed if i was able to work more hours. Was fun meeting new people & friends.

For every shift we work were able to bring an assoiate cup full of any frozen yogurt of our choice!

Do not appreciate employees.

This company is all about the money and looking good to help improve its social status with the richer families. They do not appreciate all the hard work that their employees go through to keep the customers happy. Very high overturn. Cashiers and shift leads are very underpaid and under appreciated in the busier stores. Once you are below perfect to corporate they treat you like a waste of space. Great way to learn the sleezliness that runs through some businesses that are more financially driven instead of caring about the people who put in work for them. The upper management does not know how to properly train managers for what they expect of them or keep the stores updated on what they need to work on. There is a major lack of communication and upper management is not reliable.
