If you want to have ideas, this is a great place. Just don't expect them to go anywhere, and others to take credit.

There is not much structure, and chaos runs amuck.
I generally don't like to write on review boards, but this is one of the most dysfunctional work environments I have ever been in. They are great at misleading the client as to what the service actually does and don't focus on creating a simple user experience. I would not recommend people to this company. Their company website even misleads people into thinking it is bigger than it really is. It is a company that operates out of Ferrazzi Greenlight and creates bad working conditions as a result.
Be prepared to get up to and exceeding 45 emails a day, as this has happened to multiple people. Be prepared to be expected to work 24/7 and not get paid for it.
The technology is nothing super exciting or great, and anyone with a small amount of experience can do.
If you leave the job and try to get a new one, be aware that they will slander your name/reputation!
