Everyone. Is. Burnt. Out. We are all shouting it from the rooftops yet we are only given more initiatives, fire drills, requests and accounts. Many of us have never seen an increase in our compensation. I’ll echo the other reviews that say threats of layoffs loom whenever anyone brings up their concerns. It’s scary. If there the job market was better a lot of us would already be gone. Many of us are openly looking. I’ll also agree with the other reviews that describe the “inner circle”. If you’re applying and have to wonder if you’re in the inner circle— you’re not unless you were brought it from a referral from an old friend. Stay away.

Lots of bias in how people are treated and who is promoted. There are many reviews about this, because it is true. It's very difficult to grow your career here if you are not male and Israeli. Many senior women have left the US office. Leaders recently announced that there won't be pay raises, going on two + years for some people. The mantra is "work harder and be grateful you have a job".
HR doesn't promote DEIB initiatives or do any events to build community for employees. The US office is forgotten about, often decisions are made by leaders who aren't familiar with the market.
There's very little commitment to growing talent and the organizational development function was quietly eliminated. They promote initiatives that are never rolled out.

Put people first. HR stand up for doing the right thing versus simply agreeing to what senior leaders, who know nothing about their people, want. There will be many more departures of great talent this year.
