Not the best culture, you feel more like a number. welcome to corporate jobs. It didn't used to be like that. Expect for your comp plan to change every "month", minimizing/making it less and less possible for you to bonus or make commissions. They DO NOT care about you. It's more how their pockets can profit. And that would look like by reducing your comp plan (management and FD), Making you work more, adding more fees for the members etc. There's no sense of security in your pay. There's ALWAYS something changing. There's no security. And corporate isn't here for you but more so for them, and how to watch themselves or save themselves. They've lost good working people for their greed and inhumane ways. They'll get every juice out of you and then dispose you like it's nothing. Again, it didn't used to be like this before, all of the og/culture carriers have left by now. And the latest upper management and CFO/CEO are raging. Forget about work life balance and the pay is just dirt (for the expectations). Only giving it 3 stars because I want to show gratitude to the previous Youfit. But it would've be 1-2 stars. Disgusting.
