I interned there 3 times a week. I had the best time ever. Really opened my eyes into the real world and what its like to be part of a digital media entertainment company. Celebrities came in all the time so we had to achieve this level of professionalism in the studio. This company has been eye opening experience as far as what NOT to do in a production company. There is no room for growth and it is purposefully being kept that way. Everyone is overburdened with multiple roles constantly. The pay is abysmal and has borderline violations of IRS regulations. There are no benefits and there is no incentive to working there. The management is laughable at best because of their clueless nature and lack of real leadership or direction. I would never recommend anyone working here. If you are a freelance editor looking for a steady paycheck, the longest you should work is 6 months. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to work, there are many more places better run and more appreciative.
