Poor PTO. U get 7 days for anything personal-vacation/sick/all types of PT. - Ridiculous. Management is everything uninformative. Mistakes in mgmt communications are blamed on you and you are held accountable. No job training or incentive for excelling in the business. Owner a complete JERK. Only Cares about money and profits! ... Associates only with people that benefit his profitability.
