Interesting product & user community. It's a livestreaming app with a bunch of YouTubers and other social media stars using it. I'm not the type to typically leave reviews, but stumbling upon the flawless reviews of 2018 disgusted me. It's obvious management forced some employee to type them up. It's ridiculous how fake the reviews are.. "the only con is the Times Square office, but we're moving in a few weeks!" How convenient...leaving fake reviews is unethical, which is a perfect summary of how this company works. The reality is this company has always been a disaster, and a really unpleasant place to work. The majority of its lifetime employees either quit abruptly or got fired abruptly. The only people who have been there for years are members of upper management. I've never worked for more ego-based management. This is the kind of company where they'd see a review like this and assume it must be a recently fired employee (it's not, I quit in 2016 like all the smart ones), that there couldn't possibly be any validity to the feedback. This is one of those companies where they tell you you have unlimited vacation and your feedback matters, but then they work you into the ground and never actually seek your feedback. Funny thing is when I quit, not 1 person asked for my feedback. Do NOT work here. This is a company based on lies, all built on delusions of the CEO, who has a very disturbing, even sociopathic personality. Literally every new employee who had self-worth and drive was miserable within a few months of working here. When you're a responsible manager or leader, you have to be open to the possibility that you're not right about everything. There's never a dull moment. -It's been an incredible learning experience. As the company has moved into blockchain, it's given all employees the opportunity to learn about this nascent and revolutionary space. Really great if you're looking to learn a budding industry. -For those who are go-getters, there is clear opportunity for growth... if you work hard at this company, you're going to do great things... -Not a 9 to 5. You have to be devoted to the work and the mission of the company in order to really be a part of the team. Also a pro to not be a 9 to 5, but it'll require a lot out of you. -It's a start-up! Requires you to be super flexible and adaptable.
