There are many,
1. No order but just chaos.
2. Management is the worst. They do nothing but just sit for 9 hours and help cultivate negativity and politics among employees also gossiping is there favourite job.
3. Unnecessary yelling and unethical behaviour with employees.
4. Employees treated like slaves.
5. Unnecessary spends on only one division of the company. Flight tickets, 5star hotel stays for new joinees, outings and picnics.
6. All time is work time. Employee is supposed to come to office on saturday and sunday as per the whims and fancies of management. And if anyone asks questions the management makes it sure to shut the mouth with personal comments and insults.
6. Nepotism and favouritism is the core ideal of the company.
7. HR is namesake.
8. Unannounced layoff of 75% of employees without the months salary and severance pay.
9. A show off CEO who just talks about his dreams and aspirations without any reality check.
10. Nobody knows the exact vision and mission of the company.

Its started with an unrealistic expectations assuming there are no competitors!
However overseas management failed to supervise so called higher management based out of India. Taking out few selected names while addressing the company in all hands was your first fall as they have taken complete advantage of your stupidity!!
One team is all about Show off( Highly motivated in super stupid way,
colourful dresses and going to pubs/restaurants with office money is there life time high standards! even though there is free food provided by office
Other team is all about poking in to all the departments and show the cunning behaviour to survive! proud attitude and treats every one as servants! highly paid for no reason.
Finally an epic team, No one can be a better match to play politics than this(Gentle alert for the new management). It is mad place filled up with ego's and bad attitude! always protecting their community people. If your a Chowdary from AP, need not to worry your job is more secured than founders of the company.
