The company is very laid back and flexible with your schedule and is growing rapidly.
|
Unfortunately the laid back atmosphere is preventing the company from instilling a more “corporate” mindset that is essential for larger organizations. There is much work to be done to streamline processes to make the organization run more effectively and there did not seem to be commitment from senior management to make changes in that regard in order to maintain the laid back culture.
There is little room for promotion but this is more due to the size of the company rather than management’s commitment to recognizing performance.
