-Leadership is really rotten including the editor.
-The editor is highly biased, and they come after you, target you for no reason. It is very toxic. Shradha does not even care.
-They deduct salaries to hire others and deprive you of any growth financial or professional.
Salaries are not fair. Appraisals are not given.

-Terrible work life balance for the below industry standard of pay
-Upper management have questionable credentials and are absolutely clueless and unable to structure roles/boundaries and internal process
-HR team is a non-existent entity (complete joke)
- Accounts/Campaigns/Brand Solutions team is subjected to impossible timelines (last minute projects), terrible politics, unsupportive upper management
- Employees are not treated well. Managers are not even aware of the kind of demands the job has, yet pass on blame without offering any help
- For some reason the company answers to some Sales guy who calls all the shots for sales and campaigns team. He resorts to intimidation, deceit and is highly unstructured in his approach to work
- CEOa is unavailable and ignores all the wrong things done
-Churn is extremely high due to poor treatment of employees and lack of clarity of roles, hence you will be stuck clueless with no help
- Office politics are EXTREMELY TOXIC
- Role stagnation within a year or two
