The salary didnt match the hours or reqiurments of the job and often when you did the math you'd be making almost minimum wage. There was no work life balance and the owner of the company was often taking extravagant trips while rallying the troops to work longer and harder to improve sales because the company wasn't making enough profit. There is also ZERO communication skills between managers of the various departments and often lower employees were caught in the middle of managers fighting. You often couldn't make one boss happy without making another one angry. CEO seems so fake & is barely involved in anything. Management will dodge your concerns. And don't ever expect a raise--you'll probably get your pay CUT first. It's chaos trying to train and learn over an email/slack thread with several different people chiming in and saying different things. Start doing video meetings or hold some sort of event where we can see and actually meet the people we're working with. Everyone is just a name on a screen and you occasionally hear their voices over the phone, but it makes it so hard to care about anything when you have no relationship beyond work.
