Good people, great potential of mission, work/life balance some flexibility with schedules.

No HR department, they all left. No room for growth, no real cross-functional team work, silos. Not always sure about the impact of my work. Not a good place to have strong opinions or to want to take initiative to change things. Right now focus is on fundraising qhich makes sense and not so much about culture. Technology us behind the times and you are not using the most current project management tools, methods or theories while there so you are not developing. It all depends on what team you're on too.

More diversity in leadership. Care about culture and education and training for stagg. Perform a staff training needs assessment. New space is only part of what needs to change. Salaries that align better with work being done, tenure and market.
