Coworkers slack off and poor attendance
|
My coworkers had less than 25% attendance through the whole year. Coworkers slacking off on construction days and messing around with their clique. Management failed to enforce the rules in fear of the federal government shutting down the program. Coworkers complained about the hard work and criticized me for doing something wrong and did nothing themselves.
