CEO is emotionally unstable. Management team declines to undergo assessment process that internal teams provide to clients. Financial systems are ancient - few cost controls in place, therefore, the company is fiscally mismanaged. They’ve cut compensation and hours in face of COVID due to this fiscal mismanagement. Culture is cult-like: if you don’t bow down to CEO and his acolytes, you are labeled as difficult to work with, a misfit, etc. He is now screaming about how companies are performative when it comes to D&I, yet, YSC can’t seem to retain Black employees. What’s the racial representation on the management team? Looks quite vanilla. Judge the company by the internal decisions it makes. Management team members are not independent thinkers — they are yes-people to CEO and are in their positions because they successfully manage his emotions. Leadership is whimsical at best. Completely disorganized governance. Management team is mediocre at best, not the team to ‘shape the future.’ YSC won’t ever achieve it’s sale price with this CEO & management team.
