This is also possible due to less resource, and more project 3) Round the year too many projects as compared to less resources, helps you to always sharpen your skills 4) Projects in cutting edge technologies 5) Flexible working environment, but that also depends on resource manager. 1) Managers shouldn't think resources as their slaves. Equalizing personal grudges during appraisal is not good. Professionalism decora should be maintained. 2) Project managers/leads should just blindly follow delivery managers. They should take a stand. 3) ZDP shouldn't be the only criteria for searching/getting client projects.
