Need fixed vision and some strong pillars in management

|
1) Admin team which includes HR, Accounts and Operations team have good policies are being implemented with discipline
2) Resource management is good, with everybody getting ample opportunities to showcase their talent, as per there capability. This is also possible due to less resource, and more project
3) Round the year too many projects as compared to less resources, helps you to always sharpen your skills
4) Projects in cutting edge technologies
5) Flexible working environment, but that also depends on resource manager.

1) Managers shouldn't think resources as their slaves. Equalizing personal grudges during appraisal is not good. Professionalism decora should be maintained.
2) Project managers/leads should just blindly follow delivery managers. They should take a stand.
3) ZDP shouldn't be the only criteria for searching/getting client projects. There should be an another non-ZDP client project vertical.
4) Someone who resigns during the end / fag-end of a calendar year, should get some percentage of the yearly bonus.
5) There should be better policies for employee retention, specifically for those employees who was being associated with Zaloni for many many years.

1) Steps should be taken to provide technical training to managers. Some of the managers (both onshore + offshore) should also learn technology, than just English.
2) Company policies should be transparent then just semi-transparent.
3) Off-shore managers should be given enough of decision making capabilities.
4) Variable component in CTC should be reduced.
