I didn't see a single reason to work here.
People are probably working because of this bond thing only.
|
1. They need to respect other's time, just because we are working there doesn't mean we don't have a personal life.
2. They really don't understand the concept of work - life balance.
3. HR or the dedicated/responsible department should take care of salary increments, which they really don't bother about.
4. If you are in 9-6 shift, work will make you stay till 10. Yes, because you are loaded with work.

1. Organize good Social Events for every religion every quarter I have attended lot of parties,outings,movies etc.,
2. Very good free Lunch and free breakfast program, recently also started free snacks program.
3. Flexi hours for special occasions.
4. HR, Leave policies & timing is same as other MNCs.
5. Working Environment is same as other IT companies.
6. Process Driven environment, i have interviewed so many candidates, till now not found a single person with so much of process knowlegde other comapanies only claim CMM & ISO but do n't follow it.
7. Very good for Trainnees out of collage they can grow skills and knowledge here, those who got trained here have achived more than their peers in other companies.
8. Work on Cutting Edge Technology, always updated to latest.
Extra working hours are compensated by annual performance bonus.
9. Annual apparaisal based on performance.
10. No bond for senior employees joining.
11. Always Pay Salary on 10th, never late in the history.
12. Employees Allowed to leave Early or On Planned Vacation on request, No questions asked.

1. Small Company you wont see a Glass building from outside but inside its a professional environment like any other company.
2. 3 years mandatory bond for trainees, i feel it should be increased to 4 years as lot of trainees when they start to become useful leave the company.
It take lot of efforts to train people and when they become useful they leave.

>>They won't pay you extra when you work more than 9 hours but they will definitely deduct money from your salary without intimating you for late coming.
>> If general people take break they are on your head but when their people do all the stuffs 4 times a day religiously which is self understood here hardly 5 mins job girls do gossip in washroom by using this as excuse and takes 20-25 mins break in one go that is invisible to them.
>>They have no responsibilities towards specially who works late and stay late in office, they only worried about their delivery of product.
>> Worst process in team and top level management is cherry on the cake, every day they change the requirement and made employees work till late in office.
>> Wow face and excuses !!! at the time of appraisal they have 100s of reasons for not doing your appraisal in the annual cycle.
>> HR policies, It feels like a jail they have stupid policies made up of their own that have nothing in the favour of employee.
>>Stupid ZSC events who organised every year POTLUCK , means here they again made employee to cook for them and they will eat like a king.
>>Manager and HR are so unprofessional, they use literally sign language and eye contact when they both are together infront of some employee.
>> When you join forget about your company bonus because after giving this they made you 6 months wait and if you don't they will revert your salary and ask you to return the money.
>>If you join this company, please please forget about your family, friends and your personal life you just need to take care of their product (like a baby) and deliver it(employee) like a pregnant woman.
>>Last but not the least it just an advice please hire people from your community only because you guys really don't deserve out of that.

- Very detailed training...sometimes very demanding trainers. But OK otherwise.
- Culture is good.
