There is an incredibly good atmosphere in the company and you really feel that you count, that your well-being does matter, that you are part of a fantastic human community. There is a strong culture of not leaving anyone behind (there is an emphasis on not laying down people: in the rare event in which a client stops collaborating with Zartis, the employees working for that client are relocated to other projects, not left behind). It is growing a lot and new opportunities are arising in the company. But above all, it is a great community of good people.

Personal development plans are not yet really developed and there is not a formal framework of career progress. They are working on it though, but they are not there yet.
