I can't say enough about the collaborative nature of the work here and how much our success depends on each other and our clients.
I have learned more in my time here than any other job and have yet to learn even 1/1000th of what this company has to offer
Great opportunity for upward growth (so long as you work hard, and know what you're doing)
Every person at this company is very very sharp. I cannot stress this enough. Very bright and kind humans all around.

Agency life is not for everyone. It's a fast-paced environment where things can change constantly. I find this exciting, but for those used to 10,000 companies (which I have been a part of), you may find that you're being asked to take on more responsibility than just following orders.

I have really enjoyed working at ZG, all of the team members care about each other and the clients we work with. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and given the tools needed to succeed (my computer had an issue and the next day I had a fresh MacBook Pro on my desk). Management is very open to new ideas/process improvement and actively pursues this as a part of day-to-day operations - rare to find an agency that actually does this in practice.
Impressive portfolio of clients and opportunities to showcase your talents on recognizable brands.
The work environment is very relaxed but everyone is there to get things done and there isn't room for dead weight, everyone cares (that's a pro to me!). Different food truck outside each day. Office is super modern and right off Metro Expo line in an area of Culver that has a lot of other tech/creative companies.

Great location, beautiful modern open offices, easy going staff, super fun events and parties, award winning design work, a variety of big and small clients, very creative atmosphere. Very fun place to work.

They had some growing pains that are typical with agencies handling big difficult clients, but there's no real cons that I could see and I worked with them for two years as a contractor.
