The same works if you work very effectively I would say and no one pushes you. Charismatic and super engaged. Managers do mistakes too but they are giving their best to support, challenge and mentor their teams. 100% agree. Good-strong communication skills are a must - everyone is at one level and therefore, you need to be able to communicate your ideas, your point of views. If you want to have a real impact and ownership, this is a great employer. Its a place where everyone is tolerated as she/he is and its just about the skills. Also, you need to push your ideas There are companies with higher salaries but ist fair. Managers are quite young and some still need to learn. However, very professional and they give their best Everyone is welcome, super diverse and inclusive Professional but with a good sense of humor, you can say your opinon Teams are mixed, everyone is well-integrated Great colleagues, everyone helps each other and is open for feedback Yes. The vast majority of ''negative'' feedback being deleted is just emphasizing this. It feels like they are lecturing you about their core values and principles day in - day out, but given that 'radical truthfulness' and 'transparency' are one of them - this feels wrong.<br/><br/>As the 'great' Ray Dalio would say '“If you can’t successfully do something, don’t think you can tell others how it should be done.” Start listening to your employees and give them the credit they deserve. Thankfully I left before it all goes south. My understanding of bottom up OKRs is different from the companies understanding. It felt to me that it was less goal oriented but instead dictated by the management and never reached by anyone. Every attempt to pivot the business-model or a specific thing felt to me like it was suppressed or under the disguise of "Transparency" acknowledged by the public accusation that I don't understand the business model. It felt to me that it was good in the early stages of the company but with covid people, at least that how I felt, they lost it all. In many situations I had, it felt like egoism and fear is what defined the company It felt like nothing was more important than keeping up the image of the company so nothing to complain here the business model ( it felt to me like landlord first!) is quite boring and it felt to me that the truly complex questions that exist in the proptech market are not tackled by the management I constantly had the feeling that employees are not motivated, the management is lacking spirit and lost believe in their own company vision Jan 29th, 2022 06:02AM Jan 29th, 2022 06:02AM Zenhomes

Salary could be better but workers definitely wont starve Motivating I havent noticed any differences between male and female colleagues Communication is the Key and this definitely does exist here. Very good Being someone who is more on the younger side, i personally have had only positive experience. Mutual respect and appreciation is given Reading the comments from prior fellow members, i suppose it could matter on the team you are working in.
