Firing employees/coworkers because of the Coronavirus. That’s not cool. People are losing jobs before everything comes in effect on Monday 3/16. So many companies are doing this! What did you have to do, reach a certain percent of reduction in force by end of business?? They are good people and it’s a national emergency! Shame on you for what you are doing. I might not stay if this is how you treat people. EA Games did some terrible stuff but this is 10 times worse!

Tons of smart people, making smart decisions. Great place to work if you have a family as they care about making sure you can spend time with them. Being under Bethesda has its perks. Constant updates about the studio so never in the dark. Working on a huge game like ESO Future projects are exciting.

ESO can be a tough schedule to manage. Lots of content updates means no real break from update to update. But will say each update beings it's own unique challenges so it never gets old.
