Not worth your time or effort.

● Work-life balance
Terrible place to work. Don’t be fooled by the cool name of the company. This place is filled with drama and favoritism. My co-worker and I were never called back to work. No lay off notice. Nothing. Then it comes to find out that him and I were not welcomed back because of a personal issue with one of the supervisors. Completely childish. I’m in the process of taking legal action to get pay that’s still owed to me. Stay far away from this place. Its not worth your skills or time.
● Pay & benefits
Pay is minimal for the tasks they ask you to do. And the raise if you get hired on is only 50 cents. And the hiring process is a joke.
● Job security and advancement
If you’re not a kiss -ss or know somebody personally in the higher ups, you will be stuck in the same position, and most likely get let go for some petty reason.
● Management
Some were cool. But for the most part most of them were very unprofessional. Biased and no sense of humor.
● Culture
Be careful who you make friends with. And be careful what you say. It’s pretty much dog eat dog with a smile.
● Overall
I pretty much explained everything earlier.
Great idea. Horrible company. Few friends made. More haters created. Favoritism over particular skillset. This company expects you to go beyond your pay rate. I was a temp for 11 months and then when COVID-19 hit they never called me back for work. They used my co worker and I for almost a whole year, (and a couple thousand bikes built later”, and then just cut all communication. No email. No letter. No face to face.
Cowardly and unprofessional.

Harsh, toxic environment. Unclean. Angry people with bad attitudes.

Dirty, unsafe, toxic environment and questionable safety practices. Nepotism abounds. Friends and brown nosers advance while hard workers get stuck with no career path. Terrible environment for women. No chance for real advancement. Low pay. Management communication severely lacking. Dirty bathrooms. Low pay compared to cost of living. Business model unsustainable. A lot of waste. Perks are always grabbed by the same people. The fact that upper management uses swear words when they address the entire company fosters a toxic work environment. Offensive, misogynistic music played very loud. Punishment for complaints.

ZERO is a great place to work.

The short time I worked at Zero Motorcycles on a three week contract, they seemed to be rebuilding the QA department. Overall, management was careful and thoughtful, while maintaining a very quick pace for developing and releasing firmware.
Bright people overall, with a few rough spots.
