First part of our 2 year lease was great

Last part of our lease they didn't pay on time. They still owe me money from almost 3 months, they made multiple promises to fix property and they haven't. They shared I could buy the furniture, they they didn't respond all of a sudden and removed it. Employees give me same response... I'll look into it for you.
