Our team has always been full of talent and I'm thankful to interact daily with kind, helpful and intelligent coworkers. I enjoy our company culture and look forward to going to work and collaborating with others on my team. In the past couple years the management team has expanded which has been an excellent improvement to work life because there's always someone willing to help you navigate your job duties, provide training, answer questions or lend a listening ear. A typical day in any position at Zipline involves multiple projects and clients, so being organized is an absolute must. If you are lacking in organizational skills, the quick pace of our work here can easily overwhelm you; most employees that have struggled were not organized enough to handle the workload, or detail-oriented enough to meet job expectations. The workload ebbs and flows, but there is always something to do! In some seasons you will work more hours than in others; the difference at Zipline is that you have a greater ability to manage how, where and when you work than in most other companies. I have gleaned an incredible amount of useful information and skills related to digital marketing, technical support, and managing company finances. The professional growth I have experienced is invaluable and I'll be using much of what I've learned for the rest of my career. Employee benefits include medical insurance, vision insurance, and matched retirement. A couple positions allow for some travel. Promotion is possible! Working here for longer than others does not on its own qualify you for management. Besides being good at your job, you have to exemplify company values and establish a sincere desire to help others succeed. The salaries being about half of market value make it even harder to stomach. The one thing you will get is experience in a high-paced environment and the ability to hone your skills at dealing with large volumes of stress. They do offer a flexible work option, where you can work from home (if you don't have in person meetings) but you have to weigh that benefit being worth a giant pay-cut. There is little accountability from leadership. IRAs are promised at year start, and then not followed through on. Commissions on sales are promised; nothing is seen.
