From interns to management, they were very welcoming and offered to help me with anything I had a problem with. There are 3 members of the same family that work at Zivix and they try to promote a tight-knit atmosphere. There was no dress code and I even saw an employee wearing basketball shorts on my first day. The work atmosphere was pretty relaxed. The office was very quiet and free from distraction for being in the music industry. | Since the core of employees has not changed much since opening and the CEO employees two of kids, it's tough to really feel a part of the team. They give those outside the circle very little say in changes that might be made or value their voices. The turnover was quite scary during my time with them as they let go of 4 employees including myself in only five months. The biggest Con for Zivix is poor communication everywhere. Information is withheld and expectations are rarely clear. They expect the best without providing the resources or paying for it. Their products are all gimmicks that don't function as they are advertised. If they don't sell, they look at the people as the problem rather than the product itself. Set new employees up for success and allow for learning/growth in any given role.
