nice environment with great peers. Management are slaves to the whims of the board who dictate unrealistic expectations.
other challenges are in securing/negotiating a good account list as these are not evenly distributed. Veteran reps have locked in the largest agencies/advertisers. if you are not comfortable working with dead accounts or finding/turning over new stones, this is not the place for you.
