We’re looking for a product leader to manage our fraud and identity initiatives. While managing product development, the Sr. Product Manager, Fraud & Identity will analyze, investigate, and identify solutions to mitigate and prevent fraud and identity compromises. This individual is responsible for developing features, platforms, models, and capabilities to proactively identify sources and patterns of fraud and minimize the company’s total exposure to financial and reputational risk. The product leader will develop and execute a long-term vision that will establish Zoosk, and its systems, as the industry leader in fraud management, mitigation, and identity-based capabilities and services.
The candidate will define innovative customer experiences, coordinating with engineering and data science teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively, and partnering as needed with internal and external business teams to guarantee successful prototyping and product implementations.
The candidate will also need to roll up their sleeves as necessary to ensure projects stay on schedule and that the work product meets our high-quality bar. Importantly, the candidate must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (solving customer pain points).

We have a fast growing design team and this role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the writing culture at Zoosk and pave the way for how our brand voice works within our product experience. We are looking for a versatile, experienced UX copywriter who loves making products great through simple, clear language and an authentic, human voice.
As a Senior Product Copywriter, you will influence strategy and collaborate with cross-functional Product teams, creating innovative experiences, and designing a language that speaks directly to our members and customers. You’ll play a key role in crafting the user experience, working with designers, product managers, engineering, brand marketers, legal, and other stakeholders.
