The senior management doesn't know how to respect the juniors. Just one hall where everyone sits. Seniors do too much of micromanagement. The senior management abuses juniors there and show that what package they give is a mercy done by them . No extra benefits. No cafeteria. You don't even get 5 mins free to talk to anyone .
