Friendly coworkers and managers. Everyone looks out for each other and ZO has good company perks! No layoffs during Covid. Work is work, but at the end of the day, managers are supportive and challenge your work to have better results.

- These amazing products bear the logo of the absolute WORST employer I have encountered in this aesthetic industry.
- No communication from upper management.
- ZO will lure you away from a high-paying job, only to abruptly terminate you for absolutely no reason. My one mistake was not getting EVERYTHING in writing.

- Time to clean house at the corporate level. It’s hard to say which one is the ‘bad apple’ when they’re all incompetent.
- You would save SO much $$$ on health benefits for employees if your company wasn’t actively contributing to their mental illness. It’s a win-win.

Management has no back bone! They ride you like a donkey. No body takes responsability and always falls on our shoulders. Management protects the drunks that show up. People show up late daily and they get protected. You show up early work through lunch and stay late, you are the POS and have to become a mind reader in the job....her words!

Compensation and commission structure is great compared to that of similar companies in the industry.
Education is readily available and constant for field team.
Generous car stock allowance for accounts.
HR although can be flaky at times , looks out for best interest of company and employees. There is a good balance.

Some of the senior management do not even have a college degree !
If you fall out of favor with one in particular - start looking for another job.

There were once incredible management and incredible people who worked here.

No communication, absolutely no management, if anyone who works there now sees the CEO they wouldn't even know who he was. No communication, no one cares who you are, they will replace anyone and everyone, horrible work environment, absolutely no corporate culture, very sad and negative place to work.
