I like the CEO even though he treats his employees like Steve Jobs treated his. He is very charismatic and has good advice most of the time but he can also go off on people when they least expect it. He is very old school in his business approach, having run very large companies in the past (i.e. Fruit of the Loom). The culture can be very toxic and you have to have thick skin. The work/life balance isn't very good at times. Some of the top management seems to be driven only by greed. Zrii gives a free Vasa membership. Because the company is as small as it is, there is a real opportunity for someone with little experience to learn many facets of the operations of the company. Scheduling was very flexible. Upper management is very disconnected, operating from out of state. All decisions, even down to the distributors’ comp plan, are for short term cash. Very “smash and grab’’. That there is no HR department is indicative of how the CFO prefers it, and how little concern the CEO shows. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 1.0 2.0 3.0 1.0 3.0 2.0 1.0 853379 Open Bill should show up and be more engaged in the operation of the company, rather than making an annual appearance at the office and showing up in the occasional marketing video. The CFO, Marty, needs to have some checks and balance to his decision making, especially concerning the aspects of the company that he does not seem to understand or be concerned about.
