A stepping stone to a good career. Every aspect of your job feels like it went through a cookie cutter because of how standardized and regulated the reports and processes are. You get a great sense of growth culture-wise because of the proximity of the working place to one of the company's income drivers which is the Supermalls. Depending on which SMPHI affiliate you'll be working for, work-life balance is fairly achievable since OTs are rarely encouraged.

Not a great place to get a job from if you prioritize the economical part of being a professional. Setup is perpetually onsite; no Christmas bonuses to staff in some departments; annual increases are laughable; HR is pro-management. As a multi-billion pesos real estate giant, one would expect reasonable salary packages from SMPHI, but alas, it has built an ugly reputation for being a low baller.
