Stressful work. Need to hit call target (kpi) which is impossible to hit as handles a lot of complaint cases. Some Team Leader are not helpful when we needed their help. Very strict on punctuality. 1 min late is considered late. Avoid at all cost if this is not your type of job.

Please review the KPI, number of calls that needed to achieve within a day, especially those team that handle complaint case. Everyday they will publish those who did the best and worst. Really demoralising.

High attrition but no replacement means work is given to remaining team members without any adjustments in remuneration.
