Disorganized and Lack of Focus that Come Down from Upper Management

For being a large organization, there is very little structure, focus, and scoping of projects. Projects are always urgent and you're pushed to execute as quickly as possible for every single project, with disregard for the check/balances that should be in place for something to be successful. Priorities are constantly changing and there is a clear lack of strategy. The office culture and work-from-home flexibility are great, but the work itself can be extremely stressful due to the lack of vision and disconnect with upper management.
