Very poor company to work for

Not one pro in several years of working there. A handful of good people but far and few between.
|
This company is a joke, sexism and bullying is rife, HR couldn't care less and suggest it's just how it is there. Unless you are make, at least 40+ and fit jn with the rude, pompus mindset of most the engineers here you won't fit in. Management dire, no points of escalation, departments struggling under the workload and expected to work 60 hour weeks for nothing extra. People who are poor at their roles are not addressed and if they want rid of you they pay you off to get you out the door quickly without causing a fuss. Voluntarily moved on as no career progression, lack of diversity and stuck in the dark ages!
