I can only speak for the branch I worked at. Hostile working environment, no training, impossible workload if you get an unlucky role, HR does not do anything. Under reviews, I saw people say the vibe is chill here, which I and my colleagues did not experience at all. They might experience that probably only because they are non-Chinese.
