Quite literally scared to write this as I do not trust the company and the managers there can stoop very low...
Here goes nothing:
Worked in the tools division and had a very unpleasant experience. Without using harsh words and letting feelings get in the way, my manager decided to terminate my employment contract a mere few weeks before I finished 2 years in the company. having completed 2 years, I would have received a severance package but they did not let that happen. Their HR department is not competent and extremely biased in favour of ALL managers.
A word of advice from someone who's been there 1yr 11m, please don't apply for the Digital Marketing job if you value peace of mind. The work load, the unrealistic demands and deadlines will get to you. After me, they lost my replacement too (this poor guy lasted only 6 months)
Just trying to be as safe as I can here, this is just my opinion and I sincerely hope they find someone who fits into their culture. Unfortunately that someone wasn't me and I'm allowed to voice my opinion.
(please note: I can not comment on rest of the Atlas Copco Group of companies, (compressors, portable, etc) they seem to be alright from the looks of it)
