If you know what you are doing you will get trust and freedom make, change things, improve system, take your decisions how to implement one thing or another, what flow to use and etc.

Maybe could be named many different teams responsible only for their area, if you are dependant on something else could take more time to implement or achieve something. But from the other side it's very easy to communicate with other teams and to reach agreements doesn't take long time. We are all on the same boat eventually.
