This used to be a great place to work as Inteliquent. Once Sinch took over it went down hill. The greed took over. The scandals took over. They layoffs started happening. Before you knew it, managers and directors were leaving. Many good worker bees started to leave. If you are working there, I would cut my losses and run. If you are thinking of working there, I wouldn't give it much though. There are many more reputable telecom companies out there that are owned in the US. Estaba teletrabajando y mi primer dia no se había comunicado ni planificado así que no había nadie que se pueda conectar conmigo (genial, muy mala primera impresión). Accesos demasiado lentos pero solo porque la mayoría de la gente no te quiere ayudar a obtenerlos. Gente no llega a reuniones, no contesta correos, y se ausenta cada segundo día porque le duele la cabeza. Es una cultura donde la gente hace lo mínimo pero durante reuniones globales pintan lo contrario. La parte mas dificil quizas fue buscarte la vida para aprender procesos y tecnologías. El proceso de baja también muy malo, cero empatía, cero preocupacion, sin preguntar porque te vas, e incompetencia de RRHH sobre las nociones básicas de una baja.
