Right from the start I felt welcomed and appreciated. The environment encourages a healthy work life balance, and upper management are interested not only in you as an employee but how you are doing as a person. I have never had such a great atmosphere in the 12 years I have been in the industry. There is low turnover if you are a good fit, and if you do not fit the position you were hired for, Belimo tries to find a better place for you. Truly a great company! There is no appreciation for people who really work hard to meet their goal and in my opinion I found it very unfortunate. It's terrible, you ask how you're doing and you're met with a shrug. Everyone doesn't care about anything because they know the turn over rate is monthly, everyone's burnt out, and Management does nothing but create more problems.
