Very cliquey based on favoritism by the owner, who is not a good person. Lots of passive aggression and barely concealed contempt for most of his employees. There are a few great, very moral people there, but they have little influence in this fiefdom. Excellent product and quality standards thanks to a talented and hardworking staff. Being associated with a strong brand. I would avoid at all costs. There are a few gems that for some reason have stuck around, most likely out of extreme necessity, but 75% of the staff is horrible. If you decide to apply, watch your back closely and do not trust anyone. They see you as a working slave! No joke, you are just there to do your job and you are nothing else to them. They say they can replace you in a minute. The Managers are bullies and rude. HR is no help when there is a problem. The pay is really bad!! I would not want my worst enemy to work here. This my sound extreme but it’s very true. Discount on pajamas They dont want you taking breaks, and expect you to eat at your desk. Bad management. You are expected to go above and beyond, disregarding holidays, sick days, vacation days, after hours, etc. Employees are compensated poorly. Management is un-professional and disrespectful to employees. No opportunity for advancement. Rather than hiring more employees, they add more responsibilities to already overworked employees with zero compensation. Often a hostile work environment. Extreme favoritism. No HR department on site. Not a team environment. Extremely poor communication.
