Ok money if you can get, and stay out on jobs.

Burger flipping money a lot of the time on "mandatory shop days". If you have a sick day it'll cost you thousands of dollars. They preach safety and reporting but it's all a load of BS and everyone knows it. They set up the system to be counterproductive where you're severely punished financially if you actually do the right thing. I was initially pumped to be working here. Went downhill fast. All based on favoritism. Full of drug users, nut jobs and criminals who complain about competitors being full of drug users, nut jobs and criminals. Company only concerned about covering its own butt. I watched 75% of my hired co-workers vanish in less than 6 months. So Calfrac is ALWAYS hiring even when work is slow and employees are sitting around making McDonalds money. Was even going to buy stock in company then starting thinking like an investor. If I could use one word to describe this company it would be "WASTE".
