Highly Toxic Workplace

- All non-senior management employees are great and a pleasure to work with.
|
- High Turnover - The turnover is huge. Close to 100% in the department where I worked over the span of 1.5 years. Constat layoffs due to non-performance related issues. You could be crushing it at your job but that doesn't guarantee job safety, nothing does.
- Low Pay - They give you bare minimum, even when you hit your KPIs and are promoted. I've seen people given only 5-6k raise after a big promotion that doubles their workload.
- Poor Senior Leadership - the source of all toxicity which trickles down on employees. They show no trust in their employees, want to constantly micromanage them, and put so much workload on their employees that nearly everyone is burnt out.
- KPIs - The KPIs are dynamic. The moment you hit your targets, they'll increase your taregts so you never hit them. During salary reviews, they then say "hard to justify salary increase for an employee that didn't hit targets". Trust me, you'll never hit the targets they've set.
Overall, Goodfood has to be the worst mistake of my entire career. Highly recommend not taking an offer there.
