Overall Great Place to work.

Overall a good place to work with good benifits. Is there favoritism, clicks, politics, toxic people, and cut throat and shady behaviour? Yes. Many places will have this, however, it really depends on your perspective and how you deal with situations to overcome this. There is also alot of positives. You can meet great people, make friends, learn along the way, and much more, once again depending on how you perceive and deal with situations. I left on my own accord for personal reasons, if I didn't have to resign due to personal reasons, I would likely still be there. 4/5.

Honestly, it was a great company to work for. They are nice individuals and managers. They help you succeed in the company. It was enjoyable. Nonstop phone ringing does wear you out at some point but they have great advancement...

Too many generals, not a lot of soldiers. Management is trying to make a big push to get people back into the office while neglecting all of us that have been coming into the office everyday since the pandemic began.

Do not work here for job security

They are firing claims people left and right - specially if manager does not like you you will not last even if you are performing better than others. All claim adjusters are quitting or overwhelmed with amount of files or they are fired without cause as they are looking to save money from huge loss from last quarter. I would not change your existing job for intact.
