The tax/finance manager serving as CEO got rid of the good people and surrounded himself with yes people who are not challenging him and who are creating a toxic environment. The CRO is more toxic than the plastic they produce. The rest of the Leaders are incompetent.
Political games played by the Leaders to try and save themselves in front of the owners.
Leadership team creating a culture of heavy drinking.

Very disorganized, lacks vision/direction, constantly putting out fire and no strategy for mid/long term. It is run like a mom and pop corner store. Not a place to grow with in the long tun. This is evidenced as you get to know a colleague today, and tomorrow he/she is gone.

Schedule is good. Recently had pay raises but still not worth unsafe work environment and bad management.

They are not there for the people. Unsafe work environment, and poor management. The main floor management above supervisor do little to help. They are unprofessional and not willing to make things better. Anyone above supervisor need to be trained on how to be professional and talk to people and follow the rules set in place. The core values are not followed and rules are made up as they go. You will find little to no when trying report.
