Terrible experience!

Okay-ish payscale, nice offices, that's pretty much it, really.

Archaic management styles, too much focus on hierarchy, management doesn't set up their people to succeed, lack of respect for employees, blatant favoritism and the most unpleasant clique mentality. Perceived some racist undercurrents too. Just not a great experience.

There are no pros working at this corporation. Sick days are scrutinized, to many more than 8 a year, will result in the Employee Attendance Management - Bridges Health will call you everyday, harassing you. Doctors notes are a requirement each and every time.

Sick days are scrutinized, 8 days a year, or so many per quarter is the allotment, if the allotted amount is used, this will result in Employee Attendance Management = Bridges Health will call everyday harassing. Doctors notes required each time. Favouritism, is obvious. Monitored, bullied, zero respect towards employees, environment is toxic, back stabbing, there is absolutely no corporate culture.
