Okay-ish payscale, nice offices, that's pretty much it, really. Archaic management styles, too much focus on hierarchy, management doesn't set up their people to succeed, lack of respect for employees, blatant favoritism and the most unpleasant clique mentality. Perceived some racist undercurrents too. It's a 3 dressed up like a 9. Pay, benefits, some other perks, physical environment, location. Incompetent and really mean and spiteful people are protected and allowed to act without impunity. They are "best" friends with those in upper management and are never held to account for bad behaviour or bad decisions.
