Relaxing to work there, but toxic work environment with not much room for growth.
|
The work itself is fairly laid back if you are comfortable having conversation with random people, but you are constantly being blamed by management and customers, no room for advancement, no raises. And the head office shorted me on my pay checks and when I started complaining they fired me, after working there for 4 years. Horribly managed company that takes advantage of its employees, would not recommend.

Not much of a culture, often a stressful work environment from lack-luster management.

Emails, calls, payroll running, reports, too much validation checking the same thing 15 times over.

Workwise some days are nice, chill, and slow. But some will have you wanting to wish you never worked here. The work environment is almost like a family where most ppl are friendly but ofcourse there are a couple of clowns here and there.

These guys expect way too much for the amount they pay and the people are kind of rude in some way. They don’t train you and they don’t pay as much, if the manager has nothing to do for you and you have nothing to do they blame you for not having anything to do. I was always targeted by some of the people. Some of the employee are nice but the management is bad. If you apply and get accepted just know that they will fire you when they don’t need you anymore. I got hired helped with the moving and when they finished moving which took 2 and half month I got fired and they said didn’t tell me why they fired me.

It's a pay cheque

The job is pretty easy to do. Unload trucks, use lift trucks to put product in bins. Then you get a list to pull stuff off shelves to put in the loading bay for next day deliveries. Sadly the warehouse itself is very low playing for the type of work it is and there isn't really any room for advancement. High turn over rate so most people don't stay. Training also feels rushed. If you work here. Continue to look for work while you do as you'll find something better. Hours are 8-5 for morning shifts Monday to Friday. So you'll be off on the weekends if you work Mon-Fri.
