There were great people who helped us whenever we needed it. Of course at times it was stressful, but comparatively to other jobs it was great. I feel like I work way to hard for very little pay and no health insurance. I've asked for a raise many times, my manager said "that'll never happen because Papa murphys doesn't give raises".. very unprofessional company. They seem to just give pizzas away for free hence why they can't afford to give raises. The owners were great, our employees were the best and we held high standards and went above and beyond expectaions. However, the owners sold the location back to corperate and plugged their own manager in there. They put me back to starting salary witch was unfortunate. I'm not sure how it is being ran now. I saw some positives and sone negatives when I left the buisness. All in all, this is a fantastic first job if you are 16! Some of the bad experiences I had was with management, it felt like we would go through a manager about every 3 months, as a crew member this can be hard to adjust to. It often sets back the franchise, in terms of finances and the "flow" it takes about a month for a manager to get organized.
