I was lucky to be given an opportunity to work for this company... My bosses are awesome and co-workers were like family, even the staff at head office are wonderful! Everybody was heartbroken when the company got sold, it felt like the parents got divorced and brothers and sisters were sent away for adoption separately. I met some wonderful people but management seemed to affect lower employees morale and well being. Communication is lacking, direction is lacking as well as support to colleagues.
