Management is spread so thin it's no wonder it's a complete disaster, they have taken on all the trucking and cut out all third party, yet they bought auction special equipment without even seeing it first, trucks keep blowing up, some trailers were so rotten they went straight to the scrap yard. No maintenance on trucks, only fix when they break down, guys quit or get fired and they leave the position open for months till were so far behind...no mechanic for a year plus, half the trucks shouldn't be on the road! No mechanic in rocky will touch our trucks, accounts frozen regularly, many many issues with this company most with upper management! Same in every department of the company, it's a revolving door. The modo should be if theres a corner to cut we can cut it shorter! They are going to kill someone and that's a guarantee! Most fly by night arrogant company I've ever worked for it's amazing they are still in business!
