Worked with a great team in S&M, but the Sales and Operations Director was extremely difficult to work with.
|
Watching the company spend away millions of dollars on useless things.
A glorified secretary who got 4 promotions in 6 months, while the rest of the employees took a pay cut for COVID.
Management who didn't know what they were doing at all.
Unqualified to grow good weed, the greenhouse could not produce a quality cannabis product to save their lives.
Nepotism was rampant.
Negligence in HR, all HR was laid off and handled by the glorified secretary so there was not a safe space to communicate issues. The glorified secretary was toxic to other employees and any type of HR issues were mishandled.
The New Product Development team did not listen to market trends.
There was no allowance to work/life balance.
