Run. Terrible management, false promises and absolutely no job security.

This unorganized mess of a company should really be exposed. If you arenât in the inner circle, you aren't included.
When you get hired, all is great and you're promised tons of bonuses, perks and more. However after only being there for a few months, you quickly realized that none of that was true. Everything was a mess, from pointless meetings, unachievable tasks to be completed, being thrown under the bus without explanation, to finally be terminated due to lack of hours out of the blue.
Terrible experience, I wouldnât recommend it to anyone.

I worked with RYU for 2 years before COVID and know is that it is the best brand you have never heard of. With a complete corporate re-set and a new highly experienced senior management team, I have renewed faith and confidence that they are going to be a major leader in the sports apparel market.
Jump on this train, it knows where it is going and in my opinion, will get there.

Alright place to work with good benefits

Management demands a lot from retail sales associates, we had to space out the hangars the same length from each other often.. Was required to clean most of the day since the store was dead.
